  • You can reach our office by phone or through secure messaging via the patient portal. The patient portal is easily accessible through an app on your phone!

  • Life is unpredictable, especially when it comes to health. That’s why we recommend joining as a member to proactively address potential issues before they arise. If you’re unsure whether membership is right for you—whether for financial, health, or other reasons—feel free to contact us. We’re happy to sit down with you and help you make an informed decision.

While we prioritize our members, we occasionally offer acute care visits for non-members on a case-by-case basis. However, to ensure we remain fully available to our members, enrollment is capped once we reach our limit.

  • Our top priority is providing you with exceptional care. To ensure same-day or next-day availability, minimal to no wait times, and unrushed 30-60 minute visits, we cap our patient panel at 300-400 members. This is a significant contrast to traditional practices, where providers often manage 2,000-3,000 patients each!

  • Our practice welcomes all patients, regardless of whether you have a health plan. Everything provided within our office or by our practice is included in your membership. If you need services outside our office—like labs, blood work, or specialists—you can use your health plan as you normally would.

  • We recommend maintaining some form of health coverage. In the event your child requires hospitalization or surgery, traditional healthcare services will be necessary. A high-deductible plan with a lower monthly premium can often be a cost-effective option for families.

  • Medicaid provides basic primary care services but often limits personal access to a primary care provider. While Medicaid does not cover our monthly membership fees, you can still use it for prescriptions, specialist visits, lab work, and imaging services.

  • Many families use HSAs or FSAs to cover our fees as “qualified medical expenses.” Legal experts often recommend paying annually or semi-annually for these accounts. If needed, we can provide an invoice or submit a notice to your employer to address any questions about our programs.

Please note, we cannot provide tax or legal advice—be sure to consult your tax advisor for specific guidance.

  • There is no long-term commitment required. If you are dissatisfied with our services or decide to cancel your membership for any reason, you can do so with a 30-day notice. You’ll continue to enjoy our services until the next payment is due.
